The total leasable area amounts to approximately 11,700 sqm and consists mainly of premises for offices and warehouses. The rental value amounts to SEK 24.5 million (EUR 2.2 million) and the economic occupancy rate amounts to approximately 89 percent. The properties are planned to be transferred on 1 April 2025.

"The sale provides a geographical refinement of our property portfolio and frees up capital for new business opportunities. With this sale, Corem leaves Halmstad, which has been our smallest business unit," said Peeter Kinnunen, Transaction Manager at Corem.

 

The properties being divested are:

Järnvägen 3, Halmstad 2:49, Orkanen 1 & 2 and Fotbollen 17.
