In June 2022, Aros Bostad, now Besqab, divested a larger portfolio of rental property projects to the global asset manager Patrizia. The portfolio included projects in Danderyd, Huddinge, Täby and Solna. According to the agreement, Patrizia will take possession of each residential project upon completion. In October 2024, the first project, located in Danderyd, was handed over. The completed projects have been handed over according to schedule.

Now it is time for Besqab to hand over more keys, as they have completed another project. The project includes 156 apartments in Huddinge. The possession will take place according to schedule.
