K-Fastigheter divests the properties Göteborg Sävenäs 131:12 and Göteborg Sävenäs 131:13 to a subsidiary company of Willhem AB. In total the transaction covers 16,643 square meters of housing distributed on 294 apartments and 1 commercial premise of 252 square meters and 183 parking lots on ground level and in an underground parking garage with a yearly rental value of SEK 46.4 million. Both properties are constructed in accordance with K-Fastigheters in house developed concept for Lateral low-rise. Lateral low-rise is one of three in house developed concept houses in the Group. The two others are Apartment block and Low-rise.

 

The transaction is done in corporate form with an underlying agreed property value of net SEK 875 million. As of March 31, 2025, the total gross book value for the properties was SEK 957 million. Net book value amounts to SEK 877 million which gives an effect on the result after taxes of SEK -2 million. The transaction provides K-Fastigheter with a net liquidity contribution of SEK 289 million upon takeover by Willhem June 30, 2025.
