Sweden — Of the 611 apartments in Karlatornet, the tallest residential building in the Nordic region located in Gothenburg, Balder acquired approximately 140 from Doxa at the turn of the year. Only a few condominiums have since been sold and a large portion has now instead become rental apartments. Nordic Property News has now looked at how the sales are going and what the future holds for the tower.
