In 2016, Roschier became one of the first tenants in Urban Escape, which has since undergone significant development. Now, Roschier and AMF Fastigheter have agreed to extend their collaboration in the district until December 31, 2034.

"Having a centrally located office with access to transport links, services, and restaurants is unbeatable. For us, the office is a natural gathering place where we meet colleagues and clients. As we continue to grow in the Swedish market, we are pleased to remain in Urban Escape, which boasts one of the best views in the city," says Johan Sidklev, Managing Partner at Roschier.

Simultaneously, Roschier is expanding its office premises in the Malmtorgsgatan property by 1,602 square meters – resulting in a new total area of 6,411 square meters once the new lease takes effect. With nearly 300 employees, the firm’s offices will span a total of eight floors, from the fifth to the twelfth.

"We are very pleased that Roschier has chosen to continue operating from Urban Escape. As a well-established firm with many international clients, Roschier contributes significantly to the district as a whole. A diverse mix of businesses and offerings creates vibrancy – resulting in a dynamic environment where people want to be," says Per Helgesson, Head of Market Area at AMF Fastigheter.

Roschier will take possession of the newly acquired office space immediately. Mikael Wallgren has been responsible for the transaction on behalf of AMF Fastigheter, while Peder Engberg from Avanti has acted as advisor to Roschier.

This is the second lease transaction in the Urban Escape district in a short period of time. Last Friday, it was confirmed that another tenant – a leading Swedish private equity firm that has been present since the area's transformation – has also decided not only to stay but to expand its office space. In total, the deals comprise approximately 15,000 square meters of office space.
