Trophi leases 4,000 sqm to Ikea

Sweden — Trophi Fastighets AB has signed a lease agreement with Ikea, which will open a 4,000-square-meter store in Boländerna, Uppsala. The handover is scheduled for early June, with the store set to open to customers on June 22.

Ikea will open a temporary store in Boländerna, Uppsala, at the end of June. The landlord is Trophi.

“We are, of course, pleased to be able to offer Ikea a retail space for its customers during the closure of their main store in Boländerna,” says Jan Björk, CEO of Trophi.

Trophi, one of the Nordic region’s leading real estate companies specializing in retail properties, owns nearly 300 retail properties, totaling approximately 920,000 square meters of retail space across Sweden and Finland. The company was founded in 2012.
