Elsa Merhawi most recently came from JLL Sweden, where she has held several senior positions since 2015, most recently as Head of Tenant Representation. In that role, she was responsible for the Tenant Representation business area, focusing on international office and retail tenants. Previously, she also held the positions of Head of Retail Agency and Head of Retail Development and Leasing, where she was responsible for developing business strategies, staffing teams, and merging business units.

“We are very pleased to welcome Elsa to Atrium Ljungberg. Her solid experience in retail, strategic leadership, and strong business drive will be a great asset in our work to create attractive and commercially strong meeting places. With her broad experience working with both property owners and retail tenants, Elsa has a strong understanding of the interaction between the parties – and what is required to create long-term, commercially sustainable relationships,” says Erik Skalin, Head of Leasing at Atrium Ljungberg.

Elsa Merhawi will assume her new position on 21 August and will be based at Atrium Ljungberg’s head office in Sickla.

“I am very much looking forward to becoming part of Atrium Ljungberg – a company with a strong position and values I truly share. Leading the retail leasing efforts in a company that develops the city of the future with a focus on sustainable urban development and vibrant, commercial meeting places feels both inspiring and exactly right for me,” says Elsa Merhawi.
