The purchase was made at a price of SEK 45.10 per share and is stated in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's transparency report.

After the deal, Sven-Olof Johansson has a total of around 142 million shares in Fastpartner, corresponding to 71.6 percent of the capital and 74.3 percent of the votes.

Länsförsäkringar fonder and Familjen Kamprads Stiftelse are second and third in the ownership list but own smaller shares of around 2.50 percent of the capital.
