The Brama Miasta office complex is located in the new city center of Łódź and consists of two buildings with a total of approximately 44,000 square meters of leasable area. The project is LEED Gold certified and holds the “Barrier-Free Building” certificate, ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities, the elderly and children.

Brama Miasta is Skanska’s third office project in Łódź after Green Horizon and Nowa Fabryczna. The second phase includes approximately 14,500 square meters of office and retail space. The deal includes interior design of the premises.

Skanska Commercial Real Estate Development Europe will include the transaction value of 130 million Polish zloty, approximately 340 million Swedish kronor, excluding VAT, in the third quarter of 2025.
