Johan Tengelin brings extensive experience from senior positions within the real estate sector. Most recently, he served as CEO of Magnolia Bostad, a position he has held since 2020. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Brunswick Real Estate, where he played a key role in establishing its investment platform as CEO of its subsidiary Sveafastigheter beginning in 2014. Johan has also held the position of CEO for the Nordic operations of GE Capital Real Estate.
