Annica Ånäs: "We have reached the turning point"

When Atrium Ljungberg presented its report for the third quarter of 2025 on Friday, the company noted largely unchanged market conditions during the period. At the same time, CEO Annica Ånäs expressed a degree of optimism about the future. With tax cuts, lower interest rates, and renewed confidence in the Swedish economy, the real estate sector is beginning to show signs of recovery.<br />
“We can feel that momentum in our own operations as well,” said Annica Ånäs. “Confidence in the Swedish economy is present in the market now. Companies have a completely different outlook, which makes them more willing to make decisions.”
