Office vacancies are increasing across the board in major cities

Newsec's latest vacancy survey for the third quarter of this year shows that the share of vacant office space has increased in both Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö compared to the same quarter last year, and also compared to the first quarter of this year. In Stockholm, vacancies have increased from 9.1 percent at this time last year to 14.3 percent now.<br />
– In some submarkets, vacancies are the highest we have ever seen, says Adam Tyrcha, Chief Growth Officer at Newsec.
