Sweden — Emilshus is growing in southern Sweden within the company's prioritized categories of light industry, industrial services and trade. During the third quarter, Emilshus took possession of the majority of the 35 properties in western Skåne that were announced in April. This means that the company has taken the step into the Öresund region.
