Jonny Göthberg will assume the role of Managing Director, Coeli Real Estate, and become part of the Group Management Team. Coeli Real Estate aims to expand its presence in both commercial and community properties. By combining long-term asset management with active ownership, the company seeks to generate stable returns while contributing to societal benefit.

Jonny Göthberg has spent several decades in the real estate industry, focusing on community properties, management, and transactions. His previous roles include building management organizations as well as leading positions in transactions and business development within major publicly listed property companies.
