We see significant potential in this sector, and I am both proud and delighted that we have succeeded in attracting four individuals who collectively bring an outstanding level of expertise and experience,” says Tobias Rönnberg Halvorsen, Head of Retail at Alecta Fastigheter.

Alecta Fastigheter currently owns eleven retail destinations across Sweden, with a total lettable area of approximately 300,000 square meters. The largest of these include Asecs in Jönköping, Bredden in Upplands Väsby, Kvarteret Giraffen in Kalmar, Solna Centrum, and Värmdö Marknad.

“In the long term, our ambition is to challenge the traditional concept of a retail destination. We view retail as an integral part of vibrant places where people can engage in much more than just shopping,” Tobias Rönnberg Halvorsen adds.

The newly appointed team members:

- Sandrina Zetterström, Leasing Manager, most recently served as Business Developer at Diös and has previous experience as Store Manager at Lindex and Babyproffsen.

- Nina Sundberg, Leasing Manager, joins from the position of Director Leasing at Citycon, with earlier roles including Leasing Manager at Newsec and Centre Manager and Marketing Manager at Citycon.

- Olivia Lindström, Leasing Manager, previously worked as Real Estate Consultant at Gate46, and has also held positions as Head of Retail at Filippa K and Department Manager at NK.

- Lena Rune, Commercial Manager, comes from the role of Asset Manager at AMF Fastigheter and has earlier held positions within marketing, centre management, and property management at AMF Fastigheter and Unibail-Rodamco.
