The properties are located in Hammarö, Karlskoga, Arvika, Säffle, Timrå, as well as several other locations within NP3’s Central Sweden business region. The lettable area amounts to 31,400 square meters, with a land area of 109,500 square meters. The annual rental value totals SEK 35.7 million, and the properties have an average occupancy rate of 93 percent. The weighted average unexpired lease term amounts to 9.8 years. Nine of the properties have been taken into possession, and one will be taken into possession during the third quarter of 2026.
