SLP has signed a 10-year lease agreement, which is fully indexed, with Redhead Sverige AB for 6,500 square meters in the property Zinken 3 in Norrköping. The annual rent amounts to SEK 5.1 million and results in an annual net increase in rental income of approximately SEK 1.5 million. The premises will be vacant from 1 February 2026 and occupancy is planned for 1 July 2026.
