The property, Flahult 21:14, is located in one of Sweden’s most established logistics hubs and offers direct access to the E4 motorway as well as excellent transport connections across the country. Torsvik hosts a wide range of logistics and retail operations, making it an ideal base for distribution and supply-chain activities.
Carl Stahl operates in 82 locations worldwide, with an extensive network of sales partners across five continents. The company’s long-term success is built on innovation within lifting technology, architecture, and technocables. The strategic location of the Torsvik unit enables more efficient customer service and optimised supply-chain operations.
The modern facility has a ceiling height of seven metres, two ground-level loading doors (with a third planned for installation), dedicated parking spaces, and well-equipped office areas with break rooms, changing facilities, and showers.
As part of Mileway’s efforts to enhance the quality and sustainability of its portfolio, further upgrades will be carried out, including installation of electric-vehicle charging stations, a new loading door, perimeter fencing, and improvements to office areas to increase energy efficiency and workplace quality.
“This lease agreement demonstrates the continued demand for modern and well-located logistics facilities in one of Sweden’s most dynamic commercial regions. Carl Stahl’s decision to establish operations in Torsvik reflects both the strength of the local logistics market and the quality of our properties, which we continuously invest in to meet our customers’ evolving needs – and to help them operate more efficiently and sustainably in the long term,” says Jacob Goldmann, Country Director Sweden, Mileway.
“The establishment in Torsvik marks an important step in our expansion in the Swedish market. We see strong growth in crane systems, where we are now investing in training, service, and warehousing to meet increasing demand. The new premises provide the right conditions for us to continue growing, strengthen our customer offering, and develop our position as a leading actor in crane systems and lifting solutions in Sweden,” says Fredrik Karlsson, CEO of Carl Stahl AB.
