Joakim Signäs has for some time had a close collaboration with Titania, contributing financial analysis, documentation, and strategic support in multiple projects. In his new role as Chief Treasury Officer, he will be responsible for further developing Titania’s financial platform, capital management, and investment strategy, with a particular focus on supporting the company’s growth and long-term objectives. He previously worked at Randviken, Balder, and Stenhus Fastigheter, where he built extensive expertise within the real-estate sector.

“Titania is in an aggressive growth phase. We strongly believe in initiating residential projects in Stockholm right now. The calculations already show good profitability at current levels, with uniquely strong potential upside by the time the projects started today are completed in two to three years. We already have the building rights and the operational capacity to carry them out. If we can secure the liquidity required to launch and maintain loan obligations going forward, we will press ahead. Joakim will work with loan procurement and liquidity planning, which are the most crucial parameters for achieving this. Procuring loans and other financial solutions for construction-credit-type projects and creating dynamic cash-flow models tied to them requires as much construction and property expertise as financial expertise – and Joakim’s competence is a perfect match. We use the English title for Joakim’s role because a significant portion of our financing now comes from international actors,” says Einar Janson, CEO of Titania.

“I look forward to taking on the role of Chief Treasury Officer and contributing to Titania’s financial development. The company has a clear vision and strong momentum, and I am proud to be part of the journey,” says Joakim Signäs.
