The technology company is establishing itself in the entire Arce office building on the Arendal 1:29 property. The premises are being adapted with lab space, goods reception and modern office environments. The lease is ten years and covers 6,730 square meters with a rental value of SEK 122 million, with the possibility of a deviation after five years against compensation. Move-in will take place in stages from March 2026.

The lease is the second major establishment in Arendal in a short time. In October, Platzer announced the start of the industrial and logistics project Arendal Port View, where the first lease of 10,400 square meters was made to a large unnamed industrial player.
