Oscar Sandén is appointed Head of Agency. He has significant experience and deep knowledge of the real estate market and has been part of CBRE for over ten years. During this time, he has played a pivotal role in developing the business and strengthening client relationships, which has reinforced CBRE’s position in the market. In his new role, Oscar Sandén will lead the Agency team, focusing on driving growth, creating additional value for the company’s clients, and further strengthening CBRE’s market position. To support this development, the Agency team has adopted a new structure designed to enhance collaboration and deliver even greater results. It comprises:

Anders Hansén has been appointed Head of Property Management in Sweden. He brings deep knowledge of the real estate market and an extensive network, which will be instrumental in driving the next phase of growth for Property Management. With a strong platform and market position, the business is well-positioned to thrive under Anders Hansén’s leadership. Rikard Eriksen will continue to be part of support the Swedish business to ensure strategic alignment and continuity.
