Stendörren Fastigheter  has acquired two warehouse and light industrial properties in Fyrislund industrial area in Uppsala Municipality from a private seller. The total agreed property value amounts to SEK 255 million and the total leasable area amounts to approximately 12,100 square meters. The properties are fully leased to four different tenants, and the average remaining lease term amounts to approximately 4.5 years. The annual net operating income is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 16.5 million. Closing is expected to take place on the 17th of December 2025.
