“We have worked on the development of Klinga Logistics Park since 2022. We are pleased to welcome Jens S. Transmissioner to their premises, enabling their continued growth. We are also pleased to welcome Southbay as a property owner in Klinga Logistics Park,” says Lars Axelsson, Partner and Head of Logistics and Light Industrial at Slättö.

“Now that we have completed the first two stages of the project, we are fully focused on attracting new tenants to the remaining development stages, where we can offer premises for logistics and industrial use from 5,000 to 150,000 sqm.”
