Kongahälla is the leading shopping centre in northern Greater Gothenburg and attracts approximately four million visitors annually. The centre, which was completed in 2019, comprises a single building with four floors and a total lettable area of approximately 40,000 square metres.
“Kongahälla Center is a modern shopping centre with a high occupancy rate, strong turnover and very strong visitor numbers. It is an acquisition that contributes positively to Alecta Fastigheter’s returns. Earlier this autumn, Alecta Fastigheter announced an initiative within its newly established business area Retail, to which several individuals have now been recruited. Together with Newsec, the new team will enhance and develop the retail portfolio, which represents approximately 20 percent of Alecta Fastigheter’s total property value.
