Earlier this spring, Maryrose David announced that she would be leaving her position as Head of Research at Savills to take on a corresponding role at CBRE. It has now been confirmed that she will be succeeded by Stephan Wollert, Adviser and Senior Economist at the Swedish central bank, the Riksbank.

Wollert has extensive experience in analysing the financing conditions of the real estate sector and will assume his new position at Savills on the 2^nd of March.
