The acquisition is the third high-street property investment made by Alma and Kristensen following the acquisitions of the properties Frederiksberggade 38 and Frederiksberggade 16 in 2024. It reflects the positive development of the Købmagergade area, which has been characterized by improving retail occupancy and is now further strengthened by the arrival of flagship tenants, including the Salling department store opening adjacent to the property.
”We currently see attractive risk-adjusted investment opportunities within the high-street segment that combines strong cash flow with clear value-add potential in a retail market that is showing positive momentum,” says Hüseyin Meric, Partner at Alma Property Partners.
“We are pleased to expand the collaboration with Alma Property Partners with a particular focus on high-street locations. The property’s clear value-add opportunities will be implemented over the coming years, a task we look forward to executing in partnership with Alma,” says Jeppe Lynge Larsen, CEO at Kristensen Properties.
Alma Property Partners and Kristensen Properties were advised by Accura, PWC, VITA, Skel.dk, Cushman & Wakefield RED and JLL.
The seller, Dansk Ejendomsfond I, was advised by CBRE, Bruun & Hjejle and Brinch Estate.
