Stendörren Fastigheter has signed a lease agreement for a newly constructed building for light industry on the Vindkraften 2 property in Skrubba in southern Stockholm. The agreement covers the entire building of approximately 1,900 square meters and associated courtyard areas and has a term of 7 years. The new building will be completed in March 2026 and the tenant will take possession on 1 May 2026.

"We are pleased that the tenant has chosen to establish part of its operations in our new building in Skrubba.  Stendörren already has three additional buildings on the same property, where we are now expanding our customer offering with newly built premises. It is also gratifying to see once again that our product in new construction is in demand and that the flexibility in our new construction enables efficient adaptations to tenant’s demand," says Maria Jonsson, Head of development at Stendörren.

 

The new lease will have a positive net effect on operating income of approximately SEK 2.9 million per year.
