Skogestig: “We will make letting a shared priority throughout the organization”

Vasakronan is still struggling with rising vacancies in its portfolio and at the end of 2025, it noted a vacancy rate of 12.3 percent, an increase of 1.4 percentage points compared to 2024. At the same time, the company has agreed on new leases of 140,000 square meters during the year, but that still does not stop net leasing from landing in the red for the second year in a row, -168 million compared to -214 million in 2024.<br />
“Office vacancies in the market are high and many companies are cautious in their decisions,” says CEO Johanna Skogestig to Nordic Property News.
