The acquisition comprises two newly built properties. One was completed in 2023 and contains 113 rental apartments ranging from one to three rooms and a kitchen, as well as a communal facility. The other was completed in 2024 and comprises 114 rental apartments ranging from one to four rooms and a kitchen, as well as a commercial unit.

Lansa already has a presence in Sege Park, and the acquisition means that the company is expanding its portfolio in the area by a further 227 residential units.

Closing of the properties will take place on November 2, 2026.
