Sweden — The Development Board decides to allocate land for office purposes in Hammarby Sjöstad to the bankruptcy estate belonging to Oscar Engelbert's former company Parkgate. The project involves the current building on the site being expanded with approximately 6,800 square meters of additional office space, an addition that was started before the bankruptcy but was not completed.
