The subject of the transaction is better known as Shopping Park Tammisto, which is a retail center for specialty stores in Tammisto, Vantaa. Shopping Park Tammisto is located in Vantaa at Sähkötie 2–6 and is easily accessible at the intersection of Tuusulantie (highway 45) and Ring Road III. The stores in Shopping Park Tammisto represent importers, manufacturers and large chains. The commercial property is home to Clas Ohlson, Normal, Peten Koiratarvike, Lindex, Marimekko, Nanso, VM Carpet, Fida, Helkama Velox, Pyöravarikko and the Chinese restaurant Long City.
