The Node is being built next to the Mall of Tripla and Pasila railway station and is scheduled for completion in spring 2028. The 32-storey, 130-metre building will be Finland’s tallest office building and the first tower completed in the Central Pasila tower district.
“The Node is a unique project for Varma due to its height, distinctive design and the high standards set for the office environment. We are delighted to welcome St1 as a tenant. Signing a long-term lease at this stage allows us to work with St1 to design premises that meet the company’s needs,” says Toni Pekonen, Commercial Property Director at Varma.
St1 will occupy floors 25–27 of The Node, comprising approximately 3,600 square metres of space.
“We want to create premises that support collaboration, interaction and different ways of working, while making everyday work as smooth as possible for our employees. It is particularly important that our people can contribute to the design of the new premises from the very beginning. The Node gives us the opportunity to create modern, inspiring spaces that support St1’s operations and our employees’ daily work, both now and in the future. We also value having a stable landlord with whom we have had an open and constructive dialogue from the outset,” says Tom Rinne, Head of HR at St1.
