The property in question, Äringen 2, is located in the Ljungarum industrial area outside Jönköping. The site covers 59,000 square metres and the lettable area amounts to approximately 12,200 square metres. The acquisition has been carried out as a corporate transaction at an underlying property value of SEK 169 million before deductions for latent tax, and the seller is Kväringen in Jönköping Holding AB. The largest tenant in the acquired property is DHL Freight, which has recently signed a new seven-year lease agreement. In connection with this, Catena has undertaken to carry out value-adding investments amounting to SEK 20 million.
