Platzer has signed a new tenant to the office property Aria, Gullbergsvass 1:1, in Gothenburg. The property is located close to the Gothenburg Opera House and has recently undergone an extensive renovation. Lilla Bommen forms part of the Centralen district, an area of Gothenburg that is currently undergoing significant expansion. Approximately 2,000 new residential units and 20,000 workplaces are planned in the area.
