“Helsingborg has a highly attractive location where many logistics operators are looking to establish operations or expand existing activities. Construction is scheduled to begin as early as 2026, and leasing efforts will commence in parallel. As with Nordsten Development’s previous projects, significant emphasis will be placed on meeting stringent ESG requirements. The facility will be certified under the BREEAM system, with the ambition of achieving the Outstanding rating.
