Fastpartner’s Nomination Committee, consisting of Christopher Johansson as representative of Compactor Fastigheter AB, Johannes Wingborg as representative of Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB, and Marcus Annell as representative of Alcur Fonder AB, has announced that it proposes that the current CEO, Sven-Olof Johansson, be elected Executive Chairman of the Board at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
At the same time, the Board of Directors has appointed the current Deputy CEO, Christopher Johansson, as the new CEO, with effect from the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Sven-Olof Johansson will continue in his role as CEO until the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
“The time has come when I feel it is appropriate to implement a change regarding the CEO position at Fastpartner. It feels very natural that Christopher Johansson will take over as CEO, given his extensive knowledge and solid experience of how the company operates. Personally, I do not believe the change will be particularly significant, as in my role as Executive Chairman I will continue to focus on capital allocation, financing, and major investments.”
“The Board of Directors of Fastpartner is very pleased to be able to appoint Christopher Johansson as the new CEO. Christopher has been active in the company since 2012 and has a deep understanding of both Fastpartner’s operations and culture, and has acquired the experience required to lead Fastpartner going forward,” says Peter Carlsson, Chairman of the Board of Fastpartner.
