Brinova Fastigheter will be acquiring the residential properties Heideman 1 och Solbrinken 1 in Hässleholm. The properties are located in the municipality of Hässleholm, with the largest property, Heideman 1, situated in the T4 area in which Brinova is the main property owner, and adjacent to the properties already owned by Brinova. They have a lettable area of approximately 7,500 sqm and an average rent per sqm of SEK 1,155. 

The properties, which also include 47 outdoor parking spaces, are being acquired through a corporate structure at an underlying property value of SEK 78 million. 

The acquisition date is planned for 1 April 2026.
