The new extension will offer a clear ceiling height of 10 metres and a floor loading capacity of 5 tonnes per square metre, enhancing logistics performance and operational flexibility. It will also include three ground-level loading gates.

Designed with strong sustainability and efficiency in mind, the facility will feature district heating, energy-efficient air conditioning in the office areas, LED lighting throughout, and a PV-ready roof. These measures support both operational performance and reduced environmental impact. The customer plans to install a 499 kWp photovoltaic system, further enhancing the site’s green credentials.
