The agreed property value amounts to SEK 52 million and the total leasable area amounts to approximately 2,500 square meters. The property is fully leased to nine different tenants, and the average remaining lease term amounts to approximately 3.3 years. The annual net operating income is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 3.7 million. Closing took place simultaneously with signing today, 31 March 2026.
