The property was sold by Hagman Förvaltning AB, represented by Jonas Hagman. Estera Kommersiell Rådgivning acted as lead transaction advisor in connection with the transaction. The buyer’s legal advisor was Werks Advokater, while the seller was advised by Morris Law.
