The gross leasable area of the campus is approximately 28,500 square metres. Upon completion of the transaction, the Technopolis Ullevi campus will be fully owned by Alecta Fastigheter.

Located in the Gårda district, adjacent to Ullevi Stadium, the Ullevi campus has been owned by Technopolis since 2016. The campus combines modern office space, integrated workplace services and excellent connectivity. It is currently fully occupied and hosts more than 20 customers.
