Jonas Sundin has a strong track record from several of Sweden’s leading real estate and financial institutions, including serving as CFO at Arwidsro and Group Treasurer at Magnolia Bostad. He has also held a number of senior roles at SEB, focusing on real estate advisory and structured finance. Most recently, he served as acting CEO of the listed real estate company Aktiebolaget Fastator.

Jonas has exactly the profile we were seeking and will play a central role in Storsala’s continued development,” says Erik Engvall, CEO of Storsala.

As CFO, Jonas Sundin will be responsible for Storsala’s finance function, including financial strategy, capital structure, and reporting. The recruitment takes place during a growth phase in which Storsala is actively strengthening its financial capacity and its ability to operate as a long-term real estate player in the Stockholm region and other growth areas in Sweden.
