The recruitment strengthens Doxa’s capabilities in financing, capital structure, acquisition-related processes, and the execution of the company’s continued growth agenda.

Navid Rostam brings extensive experience from the banking and real estate sectors. He holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics and a Master of Science in Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. He has previously worked at Handelsbanken, Newsec, and Lehman Brothers in London. He has also served as CFO of a listed residential development company and founded a residential development company focused on single-family homes.

“I am very pleased to welcome Navid to Doxa. The company is in a phase where financing, capital structure, and the ability to execute value-creating transactions are becoming increasingly important. Navid brings experience and financial expertise that will be highly valuable in our continued efforts to develop the company through selective investments and acquisitions. Together with the recruitment of our new Head of Transactions earlier this year, we are building a highly skilled team across the entire value chain—from identifying and structuring transactions to securing financing and ensuring long-term capital allocation,” comments Christian Lindgren, CEO of Doxa.

In connection with the appointment, responsibility for the CFO function will transfer from Christian Lindgren to Navid Rostam, while Christian Lindgren will remain CEO.
