Clemondo AB, a Helsingborg-based developer and manufacturer of sustainable cleaning and hygiene products for professional environments, is expanding its premises in response to strong business growth. The project comprises a 1,000 sqm extension to the existing 13,700 sqm facility. The roof will be prepared for photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, supporting sustainability goals.

Construction will start in spring 2026, and a new long-term lease has been signed for the expanded facility totalling 14,700 sqm.

Addvanze AB, a European supplier of customized, eco-friendly masterbatch solutions for plastics, is expanding its facility by 600 sqm to meet growing demand. The existing 2,700 sqm asset will be extended with a new warehouse area featuring a new loading dock, and additional parking spaces. The roof of the extension will be prepared for PV solar panels. 

Construction begins in spring 2026, and a long-term lease has been signed for the expanded facility totalling 3,300 sqm.
