Krukskärvan 8, which is owned by opportunistic funds managed by Blackstone, will undergo an extensive repositioning, with only the structural frame being retained. The asset will be expanded through a new 1,800 sqm extension, complemented by a mezzanine level providing close to 350 sqm of office space and 100 sqm of technical space.

As part of the redevelopment, the property’s sustainability profile will be further strengthened. Existing parking areas will be complemented by 12 new electric vehicle charging stations, while smart meters will be installed across both the existing and newly developed areas. The extension roof is being prepared for PV solar panels, and energy-efficient LED lighting will be installed throughout the building.
