The property is centrally located in Växjö and comprises just under 3,800 square metres of lettable area. It is fully leased to a mix of tenants including grocery retail, a gym, restaurants, and service businesses. In total, 87 percent of rental income is generated by Lidl and Nordic Wellness, the property’s two largest tenants.
