Mileway has signed a long-term lease with Euromaster AB for approximately 2,700 sqm at Backa 30:4 in Gothenburg, which will become the occupier’s new flagship site in the city. Mileway is also launching a comprehensive redevelopment of the property, including the space leased to Euromaster, as part of a wider refurbishment programme to deliver modern, flexible facilities across the site.

Backa 30:4 is owned by opportunistic funds managed by Blackstone and totals 10,400 sqm. The property is strategically located approximately 5 kilometres north of Gothenburg city centre, with excellent access to the E6 motorway, and offers clear heights of up to 11 metres. In addition to Euromaster’s space, 4,000 sqm is leased to Würth Industries Sweden AB, while the remaining areas are currently undergoing refurbishment to deliver modern, flexible warehouse and office spaces.

Euromaster, a pan-European provider of tyre and vehicle maintenance services and an existing Mileway customer in Gothenburg, is establishing its new flagship site at Backa 30:4, with the premises adapted to optimise its operations. Works include upgrades to warehouse fire protection systems, reconfiguration of office and retail areas into warehouse and workshop space, installation of new loading gates, energy-efficient LED lighting, and enhanced ventilation systems.
