SLP has signed a new fully indexed lease agreement for approximately 3,100 square meters. The current property, Ulvsätter 2:10, is located in Hallsberg which is one of the largest and most important railway hubs in the Nordic region.
The lease extends from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2032 and the annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 2.6 million. The property is thus fully leased but can continue to be refined through, among other things, significant expansion opportunities.
“It is gratifying that we are managing to do this lease, which strengthens cash flow while at the same time confirming our ability to succeed in leasing and the continued demand for strategically located logistic properties,” says Filip Persson, CEO of SLP.
