Hans Eckerström and Richard Mazeret were elected to the Board at Storsala’s Annual General Meeting held on 12 June 2026. Following the AGM, the Board consists of Johan Nordenfalk (Chairman), Orlando Villacrez, Martin D'Amore, Kristina Alvendal, Hans Eckerström, and Richard Mazeret.

“Hans and Richard bring perspectives that will be important as Storsala takes the next step in its development. Their experience in the capital markets, transactions, and long-term value creation complements the Board well and strengthens our ability to execute the growth journey ahead of us,” says Johan Nordenfalk, Chairman of the Board of Storsala.

Hans Eckerström serves as Chairman of Thule Group and Profoto and has previously served as Chairman of Nobia as well as a Board member of Swedbank, Nordstjernan, and Cloetta. He also has a background as a Partner at Nordic Capital, where he held several board positions in portfolio companies.

“As a company grows at the pace Storsala is experiencing, issues relating to governance, financing, and capital markets become increasingly important. Richard Mazeret is Chief Executive Officer of NRJ International, part of the French publicly listed media group NRJ Group. He also serves on the boards of Vinterfors, ARPM Förvaltning, and several companies within NRJ’s international operations.
