The transaction comprises the property Järnbrott 62:1, which includes a total of 40 apartments. The property has a total lettable area of 2,218 square metres, of which 1,528 square metres comprise residential space.

“This acquisition is in line with our long-term strategy of expanding our property portfolio in Sweden’s major metropolitan regions. Strengthening our position in Gothenburg, where we already have a significant presence, is particularly valuable,” says Johan Tengelin, CEO of Willhem.

In Gothenburg, Willhem already owns and manages more than 4,400 rental apartments with a property value exceeding SEK 8.3 billion.
